All sales and rentals of products are final. 

If the Customer experiences issues with the Rental Equipment or MagicSnow Formula they must contact MagicSnow immediately to resolve it.  We are available by email and phone every day.  You may e-mail hello@magicsnow.com or call (310) 289-9852.

If items are found to be defective, MagicSnow will offer to replace the item at no charge to the Customer.  In the event that is not possible, a refund will be issued to the Customer’s original form of payment within 30 days.

Refunds will not be given for issues that are not immediately reported or due to user error.
