All sales and rentals of products are final.
Formulas are returnable for a web store credit only. Items must be unopened and returned by the product “Best By” date. Credit will be valid for 12 months at our web store.
If the Customer experiences issues with the Rental Equipment or MagicSnow Formula they must contact MagicSnow immediately to resolve it. We are available by email and phone every day. You may e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 310-289-9852.
If items are found to be defective, MagicSnow will offer to replace the item at no charge to the Customer. In the event that is not possible, a refund will be issued to the Customer’s original form of payment within 30 days.
Refunds will not be given for issues that are not immediately reported or due to user error.
